Arthur DeJesus of Whittier, California, was at the helm of a Harley Davidson Motorcycle when it veered off I-40 about a mile west of Hydro at approximately 11:40 a.m. The emergency services were quick to respond, and Arthur was airlifted to OU Medical Center.
