Los Angeles, California – In a heartbreaking incident, a rider lost his life in a devastating motorcycle crash in Tujunga.
The tragedy unfolded at approximately 12:50 P.M. on Saturday, within the confines of the 3500 block of Big Tujunga Canyon Road. The severity of the situation prompted the California Highway Patrol to take immediate action by issuing a Sigalert, leading to the temporary closure of both northbound and southbound lanes at North Trail Canyon Road.

It wasn’t until around 4:40 P.M. that partial reopening of the road in both directions commenced, with a full reopening taking place at 8:13 P.M. Regrettably, the victim succumbed to their injuries at the scene of the accident, as confirmed by CHP Officer A. De Los Reyes, speaking to City News Service.
At this point, specific details surrounding the circumstances that led up to the crash and a description of the rider remain undisclosed, according to Reyes. Authorities continue their investigation into this tragic motorcycle crash in Tujunga.
