[San Lorenzo, CA] A collision involving a pickup truck and a motorcycle took place on Tuesday morning on the Interstate 880 Freeway in San Lorenzo.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:17 a.m. on May 23rd, near Hacienda Avenue, as stated by the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
According to CHP officials, a grey Toyota Tacoma pickup truck with a camper collided with a green sports bike in the southbound No. 1 lane of the freeway.
Promptly, paramedics were dispatched to the scene to provide medical assistance to the injured motorcycle rider. Fortunately, the rider sustained only minor injuries, and no other injuries were reported at this time.
To ensure the safety of other motorists, a tow truck was called to remove the damaged motorcycle from the roadway.
