Tragic Kings County Motorcycle Crash Claims Life of Lemoore Man

In a devastating incident over the weekend, a fatal motorcycle crash occurred in Kings County, claiming the life of a Lemoore man. The accident took place on Saturday afternoon in the westbound lanes of Highway 198.

According to KGPE-TV, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) promptly responded to the scene near 7th Avenue, east of Hanford, after receiving reports around 12:47 p.m.

Their preliminary investigation suggests that an 18-year-old driver operating a Toyota pickup truck was traveling eastbound when, under unknown circumstances, the truck veered left. Crossing a dirt median, it collided head-on with a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
