Tracy Man Dies in Motorcycle Accident on Shiloh Road

Stanislaus County, California — A man from Tracy lost his life in a tragic motorcycle accident on Saturday night. The fatal collision occurred at approximately 8:45 p.m. on Shiloh Road, just south of Paradise Road, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).

Authorities report that the 35-year-old rider was heading southbound when his motorcycle veered off the road and struck a tree stump. The victim’s friend, concerned for his safety, contacted CHP, enabling officers to trace the crash site by tracking the victim’s phone.

Upon arriving at the scene, officers found the motorcyclist had succumbed to his injuries. Despite wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, the impact proved fatal.

CHP is currently investigating the circumstances of the accident, and it remains unclear whether drugs or alcohol were involved. The investigation is ongoing as officials work to determine the exact cause of the crash.

This tragic incident serves as a sobering reminder of the inherent risks motorcyclists face on California’s roads, even with proper safety gear. Our thoughts go out to the family and friends of the victim during this difficult time.
