[Orange County, California] The Anaheim Ducks shared somber news on Saturday, announcing the sudden death of their former forward Nic Kerdiles, 29, following a motorcycle accident in Nashville.
Around 3:30 a.m. ET, Metro Nashville police reported a collision between Kerdiles’ motorcycle and an SUV. Preliminary investigations by WSMV-TV suggest Kerdiles allegedly overlooked a stop sign before striking the SUV. Tragically, Kerdiles succumbed to his injuries in a local hospital.
