Fatal Motorcycle Crash Victim Identified in Fresno County

FRESNO, California — The Fresno County Coroner’s Office has identified the fatal motorcycle crash victim of a tragic accident in Fresno County that occurred on March 12, 2024, as 35-year-old Christopher Garner, a resident of the area.

The incident took place shortly before 5 a.m. at the intersection of Manning and DeWolf. According to reports from the California Highway Patrol (CHP), Garner was traveling along Manning Avenue when he collided with a vehicle ahead of him, failing to notice it in time. As a result of the collision, Garner was ejected from his motorcycle and came to rest on the shoulder of the road.

Emergency services swiftly responded to the scene and transported Garner to the hospital, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries. The vehicle involved in the crash, which was struck by Garner’s motorcycle, fled the scene and remains unidentified at this time.
