Fatal Motorcycle Crash in South Valley Prompts CHP Investigation

[Tulare, CA] The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is currently conducting an investigation into a tragic crash that occurred in the South Valley, Tulare County resulting in the unfortunate death of a motorcyclist.
