Fatal Motorcycle Collision on PCH Claims Woman’s Life

Huntington Beach, California — A tragic incident on the Fourth of July resulted in the death of a 27-year-old woman from West Covina following a motorcycle collision on Pacific Coast Highway (PCH). According to reports from the Huntington Beach Police Department, the crash occurred around 11 a.m. near Coral Cay Lane.

The victim was riding a 2021 Harley Davidson motorcycle westbound on PCH when she lost control while attempting to change lanes. This led to a collision involving a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2017 Ford Mustang in adjacent lanes.

Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene and transported the woman to a nearby hospital. Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries shortly after arrival. Authorities have not released her identity pending notification of family members.

The Huntington Beach Police Department’s Multidisciplinary Accident Investigation Team is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash. They urge anyone with information or who witnessed the incident to contact Traffic Investigator C. Houlston at 714-536-5670.
