Brentwood, California — A tragic collision involving a motorcycle and a vehicle in Brentwood on Saturday night resulted in one fatality and two injuries, local authorities reported.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:33 p.m. on northbound Brentwood Boulevard at Valdry Court. A 37-year-old motorcyclist from Brentwood lost his life in the collision, while his 37-year-old female passenger suffered major injuries and was airlifted to a nearby hospital.
The driver of the vehicle, an 18-year-old Brentwood woman, remained on the scene and cooperated with law enforcement. She was later transported to a hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Police stated that the cause of the Brentwood collision is under investigation. There is currently no indication that alcohol or drugs played a role in the tragic event.
